She comes from an Italian background and has lived in many countries including Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela and England. Sandra was raised in South America till the age of 16 when she moved from Venezuela to the United States. Sandra attended college at Brigham Young University where she received her Business Marketing Degree. Then from the University of Southern California she received her Masters in Business Administration (MBA).  

After completing her MBA, Sandra went on to work as a buyer and senior marketing executive for the May Company and Federated Department Stores. In 1998, she entered the real estate field. Ever since Sandra has been serving the real estate needs of numerous satisfied clients time and time again! 

Sandra has been honored with the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. This designation is the highest designation that can be awarded in the real estate residential area. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

Born and raised in West Haven, Connecticut, a seaside suburban community on Long Island Sound. Fortunate to be raised in an environment of very strong family values and hard working parents. My parents just celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. Relocated to sunny Florida years ago, happily married 9 years with 2 grown sons. My wife Susan operates her own business in Charlotte County and we both are involved in the Community and Church services. Before my real estate career I operated a contracting business for 25 years, extensively working with homeowners and gained much knowledge of homes and construction issues. This experience has helped me extensively working with home buyers, I've been very successful providing exceptional service to my many buyers.

With 30 Years in the Residential Home Service Field, I have extensive experience working with homeowners. My goal with my customers has always been simple.
